Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at Finn’s Weaver Resort. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and effective communication
Qualifications
- Office Administration and Front Office Management skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
